We can't study art without looking at the Elements of Art... Art education! My goal in this series of videos is to show you the basic elements of art in famous artist's work and also, where we find these elements in the classic Montessori environment.

You can also see these elements appearing in the child's art work from the very beginning. These elements hidden in the child's work may reveal to us the level of skills the child has developed. 

You won't necessarily be "teaching" the young children the elements of art, however, as they mature, they may enjoy exploring the vocabulary of the artist.
